Delays in shipping are expected for customized products. With each custom handcrafted product, we do not have sitting inventory. What this means is that when you place your order, each product will be custom made from scratch. Once your product is ready to ship, it will be delivered based upon your estimated time-frame at checkout.
i.e. Ordered 12/1/19. Custom made & completed by 12/2/19. Shipped within 1 business day. Latest arrival by 12/5/19.

Return & Exchange Policy
While we highly doubt you won't like your custom curated product, all purchases come with a satisfaction guarantee for peace of mind.
We're proud to offer FREE exchanges in the event there is an issue with your order. We will provide you with a return label, all you need to do is re-pack it in the original packaging, or a package of your own and pay for shipping. We'll ship you the new product and cover the shipping on it's way back out.
No refunds are offered due to the uniqueness of each product.
